التكنولوجيا تتقدم بالعلم وقد تصل مرحلة التكنولوجيا قد تنتج نفسها ،ما يعني أن التكنولوجيا قد تقصي اﻹنسان أقصد من ناحية إذا كانت مواردنا البشرية تتراجع علميا وحضاريا أي ترجع إلى المحتوى العلمي اﻷول والتكنولوجيا تتقدم دائما وتخزن المحتوى العلمي كل المراحل إلى تشكلها النهائي أو منتوج نهائي ،ما يعني أكثر بإستباقية مواكبة التكنولوجيا ومحتواها العلمي في اﻹنسان في الموارد البشرية بتزامن مع التطور ،أقصد أكثر لتبقى الموارد البشرية تتحكم وتحكم وتسير المصير والمنفعة والمصلحة ووجودها هو أن نبتكر ما يجعل كل الموارد البشرية مواكبة للتطور إلى أقصى الحدود ما يمكن التكنولوجيا عندما ستنتج نفسها وينظم نفسها وننظم مواردنا البشرية ﻷي تنظيم جديد يفرضه تعقيدات الكون وقوة تطوره ،ما يعني أكثر يجب أن نستمد من قوة الكون وتطوره ما يحافظ على وجودنا موارد بشرية في الكون وليس على اﻷرض فقط كل القوى تكون لنا بموازات نتحكم في أنفسنا مدركين واعين وتجنب كل اﻷخطار التي تهددنا من أنفسنا أو من الكون بإستباقية ويقظة مستنيرين ومتنبئين لكل حركة وسلوك يهدد جميع الموارد إنسجامها و تناغمها .
